General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Fishing Charters
1 Scope These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between the fishing charter provider (hereinafter ‘Provider’) and the customer (hereinafter ‘Guest’). By booking a fishing trip, the guest recognises these GTC.
2. booking and conclusion of contract The booking of a fishing trip can be made in writing, by telephone or online. The contract is concluded upon confirmation by the provider. A deposit may be required to secure the booking.
3. services The provider provides the boat, crew, fishing tackle and, if applicable, catering in accordance with the respective booking confirmation. Special requests must be agreed in advance and require written confirmation.
4 Prices and terms of payment All prices are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. The agreed amount must be paid in cash or by bank transfer at the latest before the start of the tour, unless otherwise agreed.
5 Cancellation and withdrawal 5.1 By the guest:
- Up to 30 days before the date: 50% refund.
- less than 30 days before the date, no refund
5.2 By the provider:
- In the event of bad weather or unforeseen events, the tour may be postponed or cancelled. In this case, payments already made will not be refunded but will be credited for an alternative date.
6 Safety and behaviour on board The crew's instructions must be followed at all times. The provider reserves the right to exclude guests from the tour who behave in a reckless or dangerous manner. In this case there will be no refund.
7 Exclusion of liability The provider is not liable for injury, loss or damage to the guest's property, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful intent. Participation is at your own risk.
8. fishing rules and environmental protection Caught fish are subject to legal regulations. It is prohibited to catch protected species. The provider reserves the right to set catch limits or catch-and-release rules.
9. data protection Personal data of the guest will only be used to process the booking and to improve the services. It will not be passed on to third parties.
10. final provisions Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The law of the registered office of the provider shall apply.
These GTC shall enter into force upon their publication. By making a booking, the guest agrees to these terms and conditions.
